Introduction
MacaronBoxes.com.au sets up to supply the bakery needs. We manufactures macaron boxes, cupcake boxes and high quality acrylic cupcake stands, cake plates.  We are very flexible with our shipping so if you are in a panic, or you've left things to the last minute, give us a call.

Do you have a shop front?
We are an internet based business and do not have a shop front. Our full range can be viewed and ordered via our website. 

 I am not a business, can I buy from you?
We open to public and anybody is welcome to purchase from us. We also offer wholesale/trade prices for businesses.

Sample
Currently we do provide samples for a flat shipping fee to your location. Please purchase from here - Macaron Boxes Samples

Shipping & Delivery
All orders received are shipped on the next working day. Please be aware that we cannot make any guarantees relating to delivery times once your order has been dispatched.  After the point of dispatch, it is in the hands of the carrier and it is their guarantees and timeframes that apply.

When will I receive my item(s)?
Regular Post:
Please allow 5-7 working days, although most deliveries are made within 4-5 days. 

Express Post:
Please allow 2-3-4 working days, please refer to AusPost for more information, it highly depends if you area is within the express delivery network.

Rush Courier:
Same day delivery is available in NSW. Please send us email for quotation in order to place this rush order.

Pick up order is only available in NSW:
Please place order online and opt in for pick up, then we will advise you of the warehouse address and the pick up order id.

Pick up is is available from Monday-Friday 10am-4.30pm. However, for example,if you place order on Monday, you are only able to pick up on Wednesday only, as the warehouse need 24 hours to pick the item and prepare the order.

Can you ship my order to a different address?
Yes. You can specify your preferred delivery address at checkout.

I need some item  urgently can you help?

Shipping abroad
Please contact us for a quote to ship anywhere outside the Australia.

We at MacaronBoxes.com.au by Cheerico Pty Ltd take your privacy seriously and take all reasonable care when transferring and storing your details. We only collect the information that we need to conduct our business such as names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. For the purpose of processing your order, we may disclose your details to our payment gateway service provider (PayPal), our courier companies, our order fulfillment companies and where required by law to government or regulatory authorities. 

No credit card details are stored permanently by MacaronBoxes.com.au. We do not sell your details to anyone.

Returns & Replacements
We will be happy to refund or exchange the item for you provided it is still new, unused, resalable in its original packaging and we are notified within 7 days of delivery -Contact Us Here.

We will endevour to repair or replace the item where possible but if the stock is no longer available then a full refund will be provided. If the return is due to a product defect or damage during transport, then we will cover the cost of return shipping. However if the request is to refund or exchange the item due to a change of mind then the buyer will be required to cover the cost of return shipping.
